Electronic trading today is the most effective tool in the electronic system of the country's business and represent the relations between the enterprises, organizations, producers, consumers, suppliers and employees.

E-procurements are one of the areas of economic activity within which you can achieve profit increase due to a significant reduction in costs, directly affecting the production cost of oil and gas companies.

Cause and effect relations of transparency increase effect of business-processes are as follows:

-transparency increase - supply increase by providers, contractors (of innovative projects) - increase of production activity efficiency - company's value increase;

-transparency increase-increase of rompe^on among the traditional goods and services - procurement cost reduction - increase of the company's activity - rise in company's value;

-transparency increase - decrease of risk for investors and creditors -risk premium decrease - increase of investment projects efficiency of a company - rise in company's value.

Trade and Purchase Platform of PC «Tatneft» creates optimal conditions for productive cooperation between consumers and suppliers. The mechanism of e-procurements introduced in PC «Tatneft» ensures the efficiency of procurement procedures, tenders and allows to expand supplier base. Electronic Trading Platform continues to develop with the participation of subsidiaries, independent oil and non-affiliated companies which carried out 3875 procurement procedures in the amount of 12,461 million rubles in 2015. (6,037 million rubles in 2014)

Thus, dynamically developing electronic trading the system of procurement of oil companies acts as the main priorities of increasing the electronic trading economic efficiency and improving control over them.
