tost planning for execution of works becomes of particular importance for the enterprises in modern conditions. The level of costs determines the amount of profit and profitability, which, along with the indicators of sold production are the main indicators of production and economic activity of the enterprise. Since, cost is an integral part of economic activity in this paper the main attention was given to this indicator.
The main reasons that affected the change in production cost of major repairs in 2013 are identified in accordance the factor of analysis.
The main factor of increasing the cost of capital repairs was the cost for the maintenance of the brigade, whose density is 53 %. This factor increased the cost to 171,6 thousand rubles.
The economic effect from the introduction of the unit UNB СО 125х50 is in monetary terms 9.5 million rubles from the use of the trailer on pneumatic tires is in monetary terms of 844 thousand rubles.
Analysis of the impact of the proposed measures on cost of sales showed that other expenses decreased by 13.6 million rubles, article auxiliary materials increased by 1.5 million rubles, the Article depreciation has increased on 1,7 million rbl. the impact of the activities on the cost of one repair and transport costs fell by 23 thousand rubles overhead costs increased by 3 thousand rubles, auxiliary materials increased by 2.5 thousand rubles.
In the application of the proposed technology cost of sales decreased to 10.3 million rubles, which is 0.5 % of the total cost.
The cost of one workover decreased by 17.4 thousand rubles, representing 0.7% of the cost of one repair of cattle.
Thus, the use of new technologies allows to reduce transport costs and, consequently, to reduce the cost of capital repairs of wells.
