ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКАЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ МЕРОПРИЯТИЙ ПО ЛИКВИДАЦИИ ВНУТРИСКВАЖИННЫХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ И АВАРИЙ (ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF MEASURES TO ELIMINATE DOWNHOLE COMPLICATIONS AND ACCIDENTS)

Production well is a durable sealed channel for transporting oil and gas. It is achieved through the well casing. Providing this condition is the main task of primary cementing of oil and gas wells. Poor lining can be a source of complications during the entire life of wells, causing the need for workover operations.
Also, the most significant costs for non-productive work during workover occur during repeated operations. For this reason, the main share of the activities developed by the specialists of service EDCA LAC "Tatneft-AlmetevskRemServis" aimed at reducing these works.
In particular, when cleaning out the downhole in 2012, slaughtering cleaning algorithm was developed and introduced to the work. The need for magnetic catchers in the well 1 reached to 10 RIH and POOH and more. Therefore, it was decided not to clean the bottom of tubing but the cable that will reduce much time to 1 RIH AND POOH. Thus, in 2012 the total duration of the work to clean up the bottom and the "head" emergency deep pumping equipment after washing up reduced from 36.48 hours to 7.07 hours. The total economic effect per well in 2012 amounted to 65300 rubles (including taxes - 52 240 rubles).
Also, by the specialists of service EDCA it was proposed additionally to be insured via elevators type EH / 1 when lifting assembly on the cutting line, and the rise of the last 10-20 pcs. tubing with additional insurance. Thus, the duration of work decreased by 37.39 per hour, and the economic effect of one well was 722,271 rubles.
Thus, the implementation of these activities contributes to time savings for workover operations and, as a consequence. Successful elimination of accidents by 97% was achieved by the specialists of service EDCA reduce repair
