ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ РЕЗЕРВУАР В АВТОНАЛИВНОЙ ПУНКТ «АНДРЕЕВКА» ДЛЯ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ БЕНЗИНА ПРЕМИУМ-95 A NEW STORAGE TANK FOR PREMIUM 95 GASOLINE AT THE ANDREYEVKA

The Andreyevka truck terminal belonging to LUKOIL-Uralnefteproduct company consists of four RVS-400 tanks (RVS stands for vertical steel tank) for liquid fuel and two automated fuel islands, that is pumping system, such as ASN-5M (ASN stands for automated fuel islands) is used to pump light petroleum products in to tank trucks.
Currently the truck terminal is using track loadout facilities only for Regular-92 (92 octane) gasoline and diesel fuel. The two products tanks' capacity is only 1600 m3. So, as it is not big enough, the Andreyevka midpoint, or intermediate, pump station periodically has to deliver gasoline in the storage tanks, and these periods are rather short.
A new proposal to improve the profitability of the business is to expand the pumping terminal facilities building a new storage tank for Premium 95 gasoline. The gasoline may be sold as much as 500 tons per month.
Building additional tanks can result in even better potential, such as:
1) Dependence on the Andreyevka midpoint pump station will reduce because of reduced number of batchings from the midpoint station to the truck terminal.
2) The additional product, Premium-95 gasoline, is sold.
3) Turnover of petroleum products sold will increase from 5000 tons to 10000-12000 tons per month.
4) Switching to round-the-clock, that is 24 hours a day, work schedule will give and advantage to fill consumer's trucks at any time of the day.
The following tasks are tackled while building the storage tanks:
- continious supply of fuel to consumers in the required quantity and range;
- providing the high quality products and ensuring their minimal loss will being delivered, stored and loaded into the customer's truck.
The potential to implement the project is based on the estimated fact that the Andreyevka terminal has a backup area appropriate for construction. Two vertical steel stock tank with pontoon (РВСП-3000) are proposed to be used to store Premium-95 gasoline . They are used in the oil-producing industry, oil refineries, transshipment terminals and truck terminals for light oil products.
