THE STATE OF NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN AND ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF MEASURES AIMED AT

In recent years, the global value acquired problems that have led many countries to the environmental crisis. XX - XXI centuries - are centuries of oil and gas, which are special dangers in terms of environmental risks of oil and gas companies. Oil and gas complex today has 50% emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, 23% polluted water of discharges into clean water and up to 19% of the waste volume according the Russian general-purpose indicators.

The Republic of Tatarstan is economically significant and rapidly growing subject of the Russian Federation. The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the most important mineral regions of Russia. Its territory is explored on industrial reserves, part of which has already being developed, and some will have to get used in the near future.

The RT financing of environmental programs and activities are carried out from the budget. The size of financing in 2014 amounted to 1 216 164,0 thousand. rub. [1].

The main areas of operational costs and investments in environmental protection, environmental safety and rational use of natural resources include:

- protection and rational use of water resources (waste water treatment, construction equipment and areas of water recycling systems);

- air protection (assembly plants for the recovery of light hydrocarbon fractions from various storage equipment; treatment of associated gas from hydrogen sulphide);

- protection and rational use of land (land reclamation, landscaping).

In general, the work aimed at further improvement of the environment should be carried out on the basis of the implementation of comprehensive measures developed in accordance with the regulations and on the basis of the "Environmental Programme until 2020".
