Sometimes, of course, our government and the President with his notorious «innovative upgrade» joint to this path...But mostly it is all the same, only the words that have a little to be embodied in practice. One is likely can catch sight of a number of educational foundations: Potanin Foundation (instruction programs and training projects in support of culture), for example, but it is all the same - just a drop in the ocean of what needs to be done in the fields of the science, education and the businesses cooperation. That is why, speaking primarily about economics, we would like to suggest for consideration by all interested parties a number of respective provisions which, in our opinion, evolve both the spheres of higher school and bisnesses.
1. Moving to the issues of interdisciplinary research synthesis: a step to reduce so-called «non-core» and «non-specialized» objects providing a general instruction one may meet it in universities during the firsts three years of study, or barely narrow down the whole series of «general education» courses, which normal people usually take in secondary (comprehensive) school [2]. This «general» level of outlook, knowledge and erudition could be achieved by intellectual and truly «interested» people by his or here own [3]. Futhermore, it concerns not only the cycle of humanities (history, philosophy, local (regional) language), but also the natural sciences (advanced mathematics, computer science, etc.). Why? These subjects themselves, in isolation from the system, are deemed to be undemanded, so that they are necessary just in the context of systematic and practical economic knowledge. We are not talking here not about eliminating them (in any case !) nor the reduction of corresponding categories of instructors, but, again recognizing the leading role of interdisciplinary knowledge in the future context of the Sciences interaction, we suggest to pursue «synthezing» new scientific disciplines. This can be a philosophy of business to be read [4], for example, in English (3 areas cover as to the basics of business+philosophy+target (English) language), or the course of investment projects analysis, which use knowledge of advanced mathematics (so we think them having absorbed by student quite differently, apropos through the prism of practical perception [5], at a higher level of quality).
2. To the course of a given theme: as a linguist and polyglot the author of this article shares views of leading experts in linguistics with regards to imperfections of language learning, and, as to the topic, understands the need for development of innovative methods (methods of Schechter, Ilya Frank, Author s School of Vassiliev), only to be implemented pertaining to a system. In addition, the approach to learning should be student-centered and oriented on the final creative result.
