INDIVIDUAL APPROACH IN TEACHING OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES ON NON-SPECIALTIES

The term "individual approach" understands as a system of didactic means of organization of studying process of foreign languages, including changing goals, contents, processes and forms and orienting course of foreign languages for obtaining by students a profession and possible spheres of real using it in professional career. Individual approach considers as a complex pedagogical phenomenon, determines effective teaching of foreign languages and supposes an active role of the person in studying activity. The conditions of successful realization of individual approach acts differentiation, which is expressed in initial language training students, developing stable and effective experience of independent work and ability of realization systematical approach to master knowledge.
During teaching foreign language goes on the changing of psycho physiological mechanisms of speaking on the native language and formation new mechanisms of foreign language, and because of it the higher education institution teachers have the problem of reformation of "school" mechanism in order to all the abilities which are formed during studying in the institutes were stable and functioned in the future. It is important to note, that choosing foreign languages for studying at school or some other educational institutes is not connected with neither linguistic nor even psycholinguistic side of problem. It is determined by practical purposes: popular in the world, availability to staff, educational books and so on. Therefore, in the design of curriculum it is necessary to pay attention to similarity and differences between languages, beforehand emphasize such phenomenons which can induce by students and draw their attention to such problems.
Curriculum built up on individual approach in training foreign languages and carries out the next pedagogical functions:
a. motivation of studying activity;
b. to arouse the students interest;
c. to create speaking situation, which is close to reality;
d. to form students ability for independent work;
Teaching foreign language can be concerned with several aspects:
a. from the position of the teacher:
b. from the position of the student;
c. from the position of finding internal reserves of organization training for constant development of the students;
In the context of studying foreign language we can establish the next goals:
