Современный этап развития экономики страны сопровождается переменами, связанными с потребностью в кадрах, обладающих общепланетарным мышлением, способных к взаимодействию с субъектом иноязычной культуры, проявляющих достаточно развитую культуру общения. В связи с этим необходим поиск новых форм и методов обучения межкультурному взаимодействию, способствующих не только формированию иноязычной компетенции студентов, но и стновлению их профессиональной культуры общения для взаимовыгодного обмена необходимой производственной информацией.
The current stage of economic development is accompanied by changes in human resources demands. The human resources demanded by current companies are expected to be capable of interacting with a representative of a foreign culture and demonstrate the ability to cross-cultural communication. Therefore, it is necessary to work out new forms and methods of teaching cross-cultural communication, which not only contribute to students' foreign language competence, but also their professional communication for mutual exchange of necessary occupational information.

It became evident that modern economic systems require to review existing approaches of foreign language teaching and learning related to the subject-subject relationship. In our view, foreign language classes for engineering students have great potential for modeling the subject-subject relationship of engineering students necessary for their future work at any enterprise [10]. This is due to the fact that foreign language classes try to simulate conditions similar to 'cultural diversity', and this requires intercultural skills, i.e. the subject-subject communication skills. Practically, this type of modeling seems to be carried out successfully by the teachers after they have solved the problem of developing students' intercultural skills. Interpersonal skills are the skills we use every day to communicate and interact with other people, both individually and in groups. The experience of teachers who have used different methods and techniques to develop the subject-subject skills for cross-cultural communication in their foreign language classes can become a basis in our efforts to find psychological mechanisms of professional communication development.
Improving professional and pedagogical communication skills is possible through students' practical activities. With this aim it is recommended to include appropriate interactive methods of teaching foreign languages:
