The article analyses the interrelation between subjective regulation typology and social-psychological features of students' personality which develops during their educational activity and interpersonal relationships.
The problem of interrelation between subjective typological features of the regulation and those personality traits that are developed during interpersonal-surface attitudes and behavior has been studied a little and still remains open [2, 3, 4]. From our point of view the study of this direction is necessary to develop because such studies provide the possibility to optimize the process of learning how to separate the first a particular student and increase the productivity of their group activities through a special redistribution of functions among its members. According the outlined point of the study was to identify the relationship of personality-typological features of subjective regulation of social-psychological characteristics of students developed during interpersonal communication and training activities.
According the designated purpose there were set the tasks of the research:
- to test the hypothesis that students with autonomous type of self-regulation are more dominant, sociable, responsible, have higher self-control and flexibility than students with a dependent type of regulation;
- To analyze the complex of social-psychological characteristics of students' personality with different types of subject regulation.
The object of study: students with autonomous, mixed and dependent types of self-regulation of activity. The subject of research: social and psychological characteristics of the individual, developing during interpersonal communication and training activities. The study involved the 1, 2 and 3 year students of Almetyevsk State Petroleum Institute. The sample size is 149. The tested persons are 63 males and 86 females.
To test the hypothesis of the relationship of subjective type of regulation and psycho-social personality traits of students there were formed three typological groups [1] tested 49 "autonomous," 50 - "dependent" and 50 "mixed" type students who were diagnosed by means of Californian psychology of personality questionnaire (CPI).
These correlation analysis of personality-typological singularities subjective regulation of CPI scales allow the following conclusions.
