circumstance leads to monotonous themes for diploma works writing; high professional school hasn't opportunity to train the specialists according to employers' demands because of the lack of direct contacts.
In connection with this the necessity to increase specialists' educational system's quality appears - specialists who are taken to job at OAS "Tatneft" enterprises. To solve this problem a standard on ASPI students' working was ratified in accordance with which future specialists' training is conducted.
This standard means experts' commission creating for work with ASPI students; students' testing from the first course; third course students' selecting according their success in study in quantity of 50% from the whole quantity with whom the work will be continued; selected students' providing with manufacturing professional practice at structural parts of OAS "Tatneft", and at enterprises of petroleum service of OAS "Tatneft" after the fourth course; conference organization by the departments of ASPI with commission members inviting after the fourth course; students providing with undergraduate practice at structural parts of OAS "Tatneft" and enterprises of petroleum service. And to add to this, the students will be provided with undergraduate practice at the enterprises with job providing which will be paid. Guiders of structural departments of "OAS Tatneft" become diploma projects' scientific advises.
To carry out this large-scale project there is modern recourse which let make order, automatize and control the whole process. As such recourse can be internet-project "Corporative University", which includes institute's activities, students and the enterprises of OAS "Tatneft" algorithm in Internet-space.
On the first place a prognoses of OAS "Tatneft" specialists labor vacancies is formed, because the main aim of "Corporative University" is to select the best specialists among the ASPI graduates for working at the enterprises of OAS "Tatneft" via natural competiveness atmosphere creating.
On the second stage the list of diploma projects' advisers from OAS "Tatneft" by definite criteria scale is formed. And according to standards conditions students' personal data base is formed who will get the access to the Internet portal of "Corporative University"
The third stage is Reference-informative department forming which let students who has the access to the internet-portal use all documents (standards, methodic, applications, reports, instructions, articles) which are needed for diploma projects writing.
The last stage includes requisition making for diploma projects' themes forming with searching fields defining.
