decision making, gets acquaintance with instruments and available collection of typical technologies and technological decisions for the enterprise.
If the aimed training is partially replaced to the territory of enterprises -who orders it the institute has additional possibilities such as: constant access to the information about labor market, which allows to make clear the specialities' and professions' structure and staffs' training volume; employers' demands on specialists' training content; cooperative development of professional education's standards, curriculums and programs; students' practice organization with the equipment application, used in modern field of economy; teachers' systematic in-depth training organization for their getting acquaintance with the new types of equipment and technological processes; the mechanism creation of the independent estimation of specialists training's quality by independent experts' commissions with tests' using which are developed together with the employers; specialists' aimed training for a concrete enterprise, which increases possibilities of their further employment.
This kind of training gives the institutes' possibilities to train competitive in labor market specialists. In new socio-economic conditions, out of depending on wish, the institute becomes the subject of labor relations, and like other subjects of market ought to be oriented on the demand, which is defined by the employer as one who orders the specialist and to it's needs. This is a main condition of the institute's vitality and it's functioning and therefore the engineers and teachers staff have to provide some kind of unusual work for them: to investigate the labor market, to make concrete the employers demands to qualification, to search for changeable structure of professions and specialities, to make clear the concrete interests of social partners, to increase their own competency for successful activity of the institute.
The institute's adaptation to the labor conditions means it's seriously being directed on the result - graduates' providing with job. Graduates' being needed on the labor market - is one of the main tasks of the institutes and at the same time it is a criterion of social partnership's efficiency. The effective social partnership helps to lift up the professional training's quality due to cooperative development and experts' evaluation of curriculums and programs and due to cooperative studying in enterprises' conditions with the one who orders. However, not only new equipment and technology, but potential capability of the worker to use them with maximum usage determine the enterprises' effectiveness and enterprises' and firms' quality of work in the whole. Qualitative criteria of "humane resources"-the ability of hard and intensive working, psychological and physiological enduring, high level of qualification, wide profile of professional training and competency go to the first place.
The effective using and personal factors activities' increasing at the enterprise is impossible without dynamic changings in the labor content, labor subjects, labor means, manufacturing technology and etc., which influence on professional activity of specialists of different fields.
