Расширение международных контактов во всех областях человеческой деятельности, более свободный доступ к информации, стремительное развитие телекоммуникационных технологий создают принципиально новые условия для иноязычной подготовки студентов. Изучение иностранного языка в современных условиях требует интеграции с общекультурными и экономическими дисциплинами, так как межпредметные связи в обучении являются обязательным элементом системы подготовки и должны выполнять системообразующую роль при проектировании любого изучаемого студентами курса.

Expansion of international contacts in all areas of human activity, increasing access to free information and fast development of telecommunication technologies create fundamentally new conditions for foreign language training. Successful learning of foreign languages under current conditions requires integration with intercultural and economic disciplines since intersubject communication in education is a compulsory system element in training and is systemically important for planning and developing any course for students.
Currently, students devote a lot of time online, therefore, we can't miss the opportunity of involving them into e-learning. It is important to teach them how internet resources could be used to learn a foreign language. This is an effective way for students to take advantage of the opportunity of learning the latest news in the world, to participate in tests and quizzes, competitions, video and virtual conferences which have become possible due to Internet. New opportunities allow to intensify the process of learning, motivate students cognitive activity, give each student an opportunity to demonstrate their activity and creativity [1].
Training telecommunication project TCP (e-learning) has become the basic form for designing learning activities of students in the network. The main specific feature of the project is its linquistic and cultural interrelation and interaction. We consider the educational telecommunication project as the joint training and cognitive, research and creative activity of students (or game partners), organized on the basis of computer telecommunication.
