That is why we refer the characteristics of the enterprise where they spend their training to the modern socio-economic conditions which are become the reason of training quality: new progressive technologies' mastering and implementation, used technologies and equipment's modernizing, resources' significant reducing and high ecological characteristics of the production and demands to technologies for nature protection.
We refer to modern socio-economic conditions which influence the professional training in professional school: informative saturation of professional activity, which gives it intellectual character; specific gravity increasing of low and middle class' undertakers', managers' who is busy with intellectual work and that leads to labor functions' integration; production activities' decentralization, it's flexible organization and manufacturing process' participants' autonomy, which needs independence and operative work in decision making; complication of modern manufacturing social systems' managing, danger of mistakes' and miscalculations' making, technical, the possibility of losing control under natural and social processes, upbringing and public health caring functions' increasing in societies' labor structure. They determine the significant meaning of such qualities in the structure of labor demands to the specialist as wide social mental outlook, professional competencies' possessing, realizing that one's personal interests should depend on society demands' satisfaction.
In connection with everything what was said above, we consider that main directions of vocational and high schools' and enterprises' activities should be taken into consideration on the examples of Almetyevsk polytechnic technical school (APTS), Almetyevsk state petroleum institute (ASPI) and OAS "Tatneft", which are directed on their integraton.
One of the main directions of Almetyevsk polytechnic technical school's (APTS), activities realizing the practically oriented professional training is cooperation with labor field, which provides significant approach of specialists' training to the demands of oil and gas and oil extraction field of economics and concrete employers, students training connections' making with such enterprises as OAS "Tatneft", OAS "Tattransgas", OAS "Neftegas", OAS "Tatneftegasstoy" and others, on which they will work. This kind of cooperation is an effective mechanism of specialists' professional training's approach to the conditions of their future work that is especially important in conditions of sharp economic and social changings.
And the labor field here plays a doubled role. On the one hand, it determines the order to future specialists' training in accordance with qualification characteristics' demands and definite kinds of activity and functions. On the other hand, it creates necessary conditions for qualitative training and development of students' creative activity taking part in their professional training.
