Modern technical specialists' training needs multy-chanel nterpenetration of educational, scientific and manufacturing processes. In solving these tasks integration of education and manufacture plays big role and it is directed on the cooperative activity of subjects of integrational system "Vocational school - high school - manufacture".

исследовательских и производственных процессов. В решении этих задач важную роль играет интеграция образования и производства, направленная на совместную жизнедеятельность субъектов интегрированной системы «ссуз-вуз-производство».

Today the integration of enterprises and education - is an objective tendency of professional training. It is a result of scientific capaciousness' increasing of enterprises and professional activities' complication of engineers.
By the experts' evaluation, a young specialist who was trained according traditional curriculums, which were not oriented on a concrete enterprise only after two - three years period of working adapts socially and professionally and becomes a member of the crew, taking his own place in it.
The case is that the adaptation out of connection with enterprise - the one who orders (it is an enterprise - consumer also) is extremely complicated during the educational process and even is impossible.
Therefore, in the first years of working process simultaneous reeducating of a young specialist takes place in professional field: he gets acquaintance with concrete administrative scheme of management, percepts the order of
