There were two approaches to understanding of this situation. The first -the careful relation to new means of transport. The second - presence of the optimistical point of view on change of the cars market in the "green" way.

New hybrid cars combine the advantages of traditional cars with internal combustion engine and an electric motor. The Russian supporters of these cars consider that use of electric cars will favorably affect an ecological situation in the country. The understanding by domestic drivers of today's ecological conditionshould lead to increase in sales of electric cars.

Proponents of other point of view consider that electric cars could not strengthen the positions in the European and American markets. Besides, they believe that such Russian cars are characterized by more expressed disadvantages.

The Russian producers continue to focus on traditional car due to the lack of investments, economy of funds for research.

The price of the electric car depends on a model range and a class of a car, but ranges from 650 000 to 2500000 rubles.

The hybrid car has an internal combustion engine and the electric motor. The mechanism of its work is that the generator starts working thanks to an internal combustion engine and charges the accumulator, and the accumulator via the electric motor wheels.

According to official data, the total number of electric cars in Russia by the end of 2013 didn't exceed 1 thousand units.There are very fewstation are built for charging these cars in Russia. When developing transmission of E-mobile innovative solutions were applied. For example, thanks to system of a modularity there is an opportunity to replace any element of transmission on new, more improved which will appear in a consequence of development of techniques and technology.

In Russia, the electric cars will become popular only when environmental issues will be given more attention. In this question a great role belongs to the state. Now the Russian legislation doesn't stimulate acquisition of electric cars. Some countries and regions give privileges to owners of electric cars. For example, California has a law according to which the owners of these cars are given discounts for payment of taxes. Within the declared campaign for reduction of number of old cars with diesel motors the government of France will provide a bonus in 10 000 euros to everyone to replace the car on diesel fuel with the electric car.
