It is natural for a man ( person) to explain his and other peoples actions and behavior . The mechanism by which such explanation can be carried out in psychology is «attribution»
It was found that the impact of the attribution to the behavior and activities may be relatively permanent. Therefore, people differ from each other the way they look at themselves and at the result of their behavior.
When do people feel the need to reflect on the causes of their behavior? Weiner identified two conditions of attribution: firstly, contrary action results to the expectations, and secondly, the unsatisfactory result of activities (Wong, Weiner, 1981).For Example, S. Taylor and her colleagues think that 95% of cancer patients have a causal justification for their own illness. Weiner, Seligman, Dweck, Bandura, Skinnerand and others had researches on methods of changes and formation of a favorable causal attribution.
Our idea is a changing of causal attributions at physical activity in high school. Invention can be applied for social adaptation of personality, changing of inefficient behavior stereotypes. Method includes physical exercise and word impact on student. Regulation is carried out by selection and achievement of sport aim with fixation of positive sensations to the solved psychological problem. For this purpose first a psychological problem is identified, emotionally important for student, its psychological solution is selected, with which student agrees, but which contradicts to the experience, fixed by bodily and emotional patient's memory. An achievable sport aim is selected, which includes the acceptable sport exercises fulfillment with fixation in a patient of stable association based on connection «emotion-sensation-body» achieved sport aim-solved psychological problem. At the same time patient makes arbitrary workout with comfort sensation fixation. During the rest a patient is motivated to the achievement of selected sport aim and psychological problem solution. Student does sport exercises in conditions of physical and emotional comfort. Student is assisted in active sport aim achievement with reminding at the same time about the selected psychological problem solution.
EFFECT: the method ensures regulation of psychological state through motor activity - achievement of sport aim, removal of emotional stress and muscular grip with fixation of positive body sensations to the solved psychological problem.
